No one can wear out a brush like an Old English Sheepdog owner. This picture is taken after Maggie becoming second in the group final at a show in Landvetter. When I go to a show I probably spend about 8-10 hours of brushing. I brush the dog before I give it a bath. Then I brush it during the time I use the dryer and then I brush through the coat when I get to the show. And as if this wouldn't be enough I sometimes brush through the coat again before I leave the show ground. I know this sounds crazy to non-showing people but both the dogs and I enjoy it. Most of the time when I groom them they fall asleep and people that walk by have to stop and ask if the dog's alive. When they hear that the dog's actually snoring they realize that the dog have a really relaxing time.
